If a contractor drops out, we notify the client immediately and check available alternatives. An equivalent replacement depends on the city, role, and timing

After receiving the request, we contact the specialists and align dates, scope, and terms. The producer confirms those who are ready to join the project and continues sourcing for unfilled roles
The client works with a 2U Studio producer. Contractor details stay protected, while briefing, approvals, and payments go through the studio
We notify the client immediately and check who may be available in the required region. We try to find a specialist with suitable skills, but candidate availability and onboarding time are confirmed separately
