Camera operator / DP

We shoot reportage, documentaries, interviews and lectures, commercials and promos (less often). We are looking for an operator who knows the rules of composition, proper angles, lighting, sound work, and can work in our formats.

What you will do

  • On-location shoots for studio projects — from interviews and reportage to commercials and documentaries. Willingness to travel and work on a shift schedule
  • Prep work for shoots — framing, lighting, and storyboarding
  • Gear maintenance and prep before and after shifts, creating backups, dialogue transcription via service
  • Working with the studio CRM system, following guidelines

What we look for

  • At least 1 year as a camera operator
  • Confident with lighting, optics, and stabilization (DJI Ronin)
  • Understanding of editing logic and ability to shoot for the cut
  • Understanding of angles and basic lighting skills
  • Portfolio with commercial work
  • Drive and fanaticism for the craft. We will teach the rest
  • Desire to grow with the studio long-term

Nice to have

  • Experience with FX30/FX3
  • Comfort with long shooting days (reportage, forums, interviews)
  • Basic editing skills

Film editor

You assemble the material into a finished product — from rough cut to final picture and sound.

What you will do

  • Editing interviews and reportage, documentaries in DaVinci Resolve
  • Working with the project manager on revisions
  • Rough cut, sound design, color grading
  • Working with generative content and template inserts in videos
  • SDE (Same Day Edit) on-site and on business trips
  • Delivering the project in various formats for the Client
  • Working in CRM and following studio guidelines

What we look for

  • Confident DaVinci Resolve
  • At least 2 years of editing experience on commercial projects
  • Sense of rhythm, sound, and story
  • Willingness to travel for business trips
  • Ability to work with text, literacy, punctuality, perfectionism
  • Portfolio in our studio directions or related
  • Ability to work within tight project deadlines, appropriately handle feedback from leads
  • Drive and fanaticism for the craft. We will teach the rest
  • Desire to grow with the studio long-term

Nice to have

  • Experience with After Effects for inserts and titles
  • Color grading skills in DaVinci
  • Living near Lyubertsy or remote (needs own powerful PC)

Motion designer

You create 2D graphics and generative content, infographics, graphical inserts, animated logos and intros. You work closely with the head of animation.

What you will do

  • Animated videos, infographics, intros
  • Working with client brand books and internal project guides
  • Designing animation logic for the script
  • Rendering and preparing files for the edit

What we look for

  • Confident After Effects, understanding of Illustrator
  • At least 1 year in motion design
  • Visual taste, sense of composition and typography, ability to work with shapes
  • Portfolio with commercial animation
  • Working with generative content

Nice to have

  • Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Knowledge of character animation principles

Sales manager

You manage inbound video production requests, qualify clients, coordinate briefs and estimates, and lead them to a contract.

What you will do

  • Processing inbound requests from the website, tenders, and referrals
  • Qualifying the client, briefing, tasking the project manager
  • Preparing and defending estimates, contract negotiation
  • CRM (Bitrix24) hygiene and funnel reporting

What we look for

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B service sales (production, agency, IT)
  • Ability to understand briefs and calculate project economics with a project manager
  • Strong written communication — clients communicate via email and messengers
  • CRM experience and readiness to keep the funnel organized

Nice to have

  • Tender experience (44-FZ, 223-FZ)
  • Experience in video production or advertising
  • Structural mindset and automation nature - we don't tolerate repetition, we template any routine

Usually within a business week. If the portfolio fits, we invite you to a call. If there is no brief right now, we keep your contact and return when something opens.

Yes. We consider Film editor, motion designer, and sales manager roles for remote work. The Camera operator role is tied closer to our office in Lyubertsy, where the workspace and equipment storage are located.

Full-time — employment contract or civil contract by agreement, on the books. Project specialists — self-employed or sole proprietor with a project contract.

For creative roles — a small paid test assignment or a trial project during probation.

Travel across Russia is tied to specific projects — forums, regional shoots, documentary production. It includes transfers, per diems, accommodation, and travel allowances.
